Responsibilities

• This is a build role. You’ll set the strategy and do the work – copywriting, campaigns, website, email, socials (alongside our part-time social lead) – with real ownership of what gets prioritised.
• You’ll own:
• - Positioning and awareness for RAISE Active – getting us known and generating inbound B2B interest
• - Marketing strategy across RAISE Active and our conference/events
• - Website (WordPress), email (Brevo) and campaign execution
• - A/B testing and performance – you decide what’s working and change course fast

Requirements

• You must be able to meet in person 2x a month in either London or Cambridge, UK.
• 2+ years in a marketing role, ideally B2B or agency
• Strong copywriting skills and a bias to ship, not polish endlessly
• Comfort owning strategy while doing the work yourself
• Experience navigating email platforms, website CMS and AI tools
• A genuine interest in women’s sport
