Job Summary

Own multi-channel demand and content marketing for a technical B2B audience, aligning with sales and partner programs to drive pipeline.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, manage and optimize campaigns across email, social, website, events and partner channels.
  • Sales Enablement and Content: Produce sales-ready assets and technical content that supports the partner and reseller sales process.
  • Website and Digital Experience: Maintain accurate content, optimize UX and lead generation across product, solution, and event pages.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver marketing activity that supports Open Reality’s commercial objectives, vendor priorities and sales pipeline.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of campaigns across email, social media, website, events and other channels.
  • Work with the Sales Director and wider commercial team to identify marketing priorities, campaign opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Create marketing plans for key vendors, product launches, events, training courses and solution areas.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use results to improve future activity.
  • Produce high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials, including brochures, price books, datasheets, slide decks, product guides and campaign assets.
  • Create clear, accurate and engaging content for a technical B2B audience, including resellers, MSPs, system integrators, engineers and IT decision-makers.
  • Work with vendor content, product information and internal expertise to create useful marketing materials that support the sales process.
  • Maintain and improve existing marketing collateral to ensure it remains accurate, up to date and aligned with the Open Reality brand.
  • Support the sales team with customer-facing materials, presentations and campaign assets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating independently in a broad marketing manager role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, with the ability to plan and deliver campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Experience managing email marketing, social media, website content and events.
  • Ability to create high-quality sales enablement and marketing materials, including brochures, datasheets, slide decks and campaign assets.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
  • Self-motivated, self-reliant and comfortable working as the sole marketing person within the business.
  • Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of how marketing supports sales activity and business growth.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues, vendors, suppliers and external agencies.
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, professional work.

Preferred

  • Experience working in the IT, technology, networking, AV, UC, distribution or channel sector.
  • Experience using WordPress or similar content management systems.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Webinar, Zoho Backstage or similar platforms.
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar creative tools.
  • Experience managing external agencies, developers or creative suppliers.
  • Experience producing video content or editing short-form video for marketing use.
  • Understanding of SEO, website performance and digital lead generation.
  • Experience supporting vendor marketing activity or working with partner-funded campaigns.
