  • Own messaging and positioning for CortexGrip Launch, Managed and Intelligence
  • Translate GTM strategy into focused UK service-sector plans and campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales, partnerships and product to drive demand, adoption and retention

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Turn the “digital operating partner” positioning into clear, credible messaging for target customers and priority sectors.
  • Develop and maintain value propositions for CortexGrip Launch, Managed and Intelligence, ensuring each layer has a distinct customer problem, benefit and reason to buy.
  • Keep messaging grounded in accountability, continuity, security, time saved and practical expertise rather than generic “all-in-one” or unsupported disruptive claims.
  • Build a consistent brand narrative across the website, campaigns, sales materials, partnerships and customer communications.
  • Own marketing input into competitor positioning and ensure public claims remain current, evidence-based and commercially credible.
  • Translate the agreed go-to-market strategy into a focused marketing plan for selected UK service-sector beachheads rather than marketing broadly to all SMEs.
  • Build campaigns around practical customer problems such as Microsoft 365 management, secure onboarding and offboarding, device compliance, supplier fragmentation, continuity and Cyber Essentials readiness.
  • Develop the digital technology and security health check into a repeatable lead-generation and qualification mechanism.
  • Plan and optimise search-led content, LinkedIn activity, targeted digital campaigns, referral programmes, events and partner marketing.
  • Support design-partner recruitment, product validation and early customer research, feeding market evidence back into proposition and campaign decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing or growth experience, ideally in SaaS, managed IT services, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud, hosting, digital infrastructure or another technology-led service environment.
  • Evidence of building and executing demand-generation programmes that produced measurable pipeline, conversion or revenue outcomes.
  • Strong product-marketing capability: customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, value proposition development and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience marketing recurring-revenue or subscription services and improving customer adoption, retention or expansion.
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels, content, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimisation and performance measurement.
  • Commercial judgement and confidence working with CAC, conversion, pipeline, retention and revenue metrics.
  • Ability to translate complex technical or service propositions into simple, credible customer language.
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where strategy and execution happen in parallel and processes are still being built.
  • Practical experience using AI and automation tools to improve marketing productivity and effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to UK small or mid-sized service businesses, particularly organisations with limited internal IT capability.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Intune, managed IT services, cybersecurity or Cyber Essentials-related propositions.
  • Experience with product-led acquisition combined with higher-value managed or service-based upsell journeys.
  • Partnership or channel marketing experience, including referral ecosystems and professional-services partners.
  • Familiarity with domains, registrars, registries, hosting, website-building or email services.
  • Experience helping an early-stage technology company establish its marketing function, systems and reporting.

Benefits

  • Annual leave (7.2 weeks)
  • Workplace pension scheme.
  • Company Sick Pay
  • Employee Assistance Programme (HA Wisdom Wellbeing)
  • Virtual GP access (Livi)
  • 'Speak Up Service' - confidential support service to report any workplace concerns
  • Specialist physical and mental wellbeing support services with 24/7 confidential counselling support (Wisdom)
  • Specialist menopause support, including online CBT (Wisdom)
  • Financial, legal and medical advice services provided (Wisdom)
  • Life & Leadership coaching (Wisdom)
