Translate strategic priorities into launches and activations across international markets.
Coordinate multi-team projects from concept to execution with a focus on consistency and quality.
Lead brand storytelling, digital comms, PR and training to elevate product knowledge and commercial outcomes.

Lead and develop our Marketing Executive, creating a collaborative and high-performing marketing team.
Translate business priorities into impactful marketing plans, launches and commercial activations across multiple international markets.
Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring every initiative is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Drive brand visibility through retail activations, visual merchandising, consumer engagement initiatives and outstanding in-store experiences across Travel Retail and Domestic Markets .
Coordinate international marketing events, brand experiences and commercial meetings, working closely with internal teams, brand partners and operators.
Support category management through product launches, assortment reviews, and performance analysis.
Lead digital communication, content development, PR initiatives, and brand storytelling across multiple channels.
Develop marketing toolkits, training materials and brand education initiatives that strengthen product knowledge and support commercial excellence.
Continuously improve marketing processes, collaboration, and ways of working across the business.

7+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Category Management.
Experience within Luxury, Beauty, Fragrance, Premium Consumer Goods or Travel Retail.
A proven track record delivering product launches, retail activations, marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to work independently.
