Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing engine for a niche publishing house, driving book launches, social content, and creator collaborations while owning eCommerce, brand, and Kickstarter campaigns.

  • Own multi-channel campaigns for launches, social content, and creator/cohort promotion across Kickstarter and publishing projects.
  • Lead Shopify store management and online customer experience to maximize revenue and engagement.
  • Coordinate content, schedules, and partnerships with artists, retailers, and editors to scale reach and impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all marketing activity across the business.
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for new book launches and existing publications.
  • Manage marketing schedules and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Help develop and strengthen the 3dtotal brand across all channels.
  • Lead the company's social media strategy and content planning.
  • Create, coordinate, and oversee engaging content across multiple social platforms.
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to grow our audience and increase engagement.
  • Work with artists and creators to support social promotion of books and publishing projects.
  • Lead the planning and marketing of Kickstarter campaigns for selected publishing projects.
  • Coordinate campaign content, launch activity, community engagement, and promotional schedules.

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience managing a Shopify ecommerce store.
  • Experience creating and managing content for social media channels.
  • Experience managing and supporting team members.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Confidence working with external partners, creators, and suppliers.

Preferred

  • Desirable Experience: * Experience running Kickstarter or crowdfunding campaigns. * Experience within publishing, ecommerce, creative industries, or related sectors. * Experience working with artists, influencers, or creator communities. * Understanding of digital marketing analytics and campaign reporting.
  • Personal Qualities: * Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated. * Friendly and approachable with strong people skills. * Comfortable working in a small business environment. * Interested in creative culture and visual storytelling. * Passionate about art, illustration, animation, games, film, and wider pop culture.

  • Salary of £38,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.
