Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth priorities.
• Own and evolve the company's brand positioning, messaging and corporate identity.
• Develop marketing programmes that generate qualified opportunities and support the sales and business development pipeline.
• Lead the creation of high-quality content across digital and offline channels.
• Develop and manage the company's participation in key defence and security exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
• Monitor defence market developments, customer priorities, competitor activity, procurement trends and emerging technologies.
• Ensure all marketing activity complies with relevant legislation, company policies, contractual requirements and security protocols.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a B2B marketing leadership or senior marketing role.
• Experience within defence, aerospace, security, engineering, technology or another complex technical industry.
• Proven ability to develop compelling messaging for complex products, services or technologies.
• The ability to work confidently with technical subject-matter experts and translate complex information for different audiences.
• A pragmatic, proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to operate strategically while also delivering personally.

Preferred

• Experience marketing technology, engineering, defence, aerospace, national security or other complex B2B solutions would be highly advantageous.
