Responsibilities

Upload, schedule, and optimize content on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
Support short-form video workflows (cutdowns, thumbnails, tagging best practices)
Engage with online communities by posting, reposting, and responding to comments
Assist with Discord moderation, channel organization, and community interactions
Track engagement metrics and identify opportunities to grow viewership
Support brand storytelling, creator activations, and weekly content pushes
Collaborate with the social media lead on ongoing campaigns and platform-specific strategies
Nice-to-have: ads and campaign management

Requirements

Experience with YouTube content workflows (posting, titling, tags, thumbnails)
Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram content trends in the esports, media, and entertainment industry
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with online communities
Discord experience (moderation or community leadership is a plus)
Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Interest in gaming, esports, or entertainment content
Reliable time management and consistent follow-through
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
