Responsibilities and ownership focused on demand gen, content coordination, campaign performance, website conversion, sales enablement, tools and processes, reporting, compliance, and team leadership.

• Demand generation planning: Plan and deliver a full‑funnel demand generation plan, defining priorities, channels, and campaign schedules.
• Content coordination: Plan and brief content for campaigns and buyer journeys, working with internal teams and external partners.
• Campaign performance: Run and optimise multi‑channel campaigns to drive traffic and engagement (with agency support for paid and SEO).
• Website conversion: Improve enquiry journeys and landing pages to increase form completions and lead quality.
• Sales enablement: Create materials that keep Stonebridge front‑of‑mind throughout the decision‑making process.
• Tools & processes: Support lead follow‑up, nurture, and efficiency through better tracking, templates, and light automation.
• Reporting & insight: Track KPIs, maintain clear reporting, and provide insight on what to stop, start, or optimise.
• Compliance & QA: Ensure all activity meets FCA regulations and Stonebridge Business Standards.
• Line management: Lead and develop a Marketing Executive, supporting their growth and capability
