Job Summary
Own day-to-day marketing and brand execution for a restaurant group by shaping social, content and PR while coordinating management reporting and cross-team planning to drive hospitality storytelling.
- Own social, email, blogs, press, and website content to support guest storytelling.
- Coordinate performance reporting and cross-team marketing planning for creative alignment.
- Contribute to a culture of creativity and collaboration with strong taste for food, drink, hospitality, culture and celebrity moments.

Responsibilities
- Delivery of day-to-day marketing and brand communication.
- Coordinate and prepare performance reports for management.
- Add value across marketing activity with knowledge of trend, food, drink, hospitality, culture and celebrity.
- Contribute to department wide planning process to support a culture of creativity, collaboration & integration.
- Assist with managing the digital content - social media, email communications, blogs, press releases, company comms, website - of our brands.
- Provide general marketing support for the on-site teams.
- Project manage across the marketing function.
- At least 1 year of marketing experience in a restaurant, food, beverage or luxury brand.
- Experience with social media/community engagement.
- A natural sense for creative thinking and strong copy writing skills.
- Entrepreneurial with creative flair.
- Curious, fast-learner, with a fearless attitude and a passion for storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
