Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising our Google Ads campaigns
• Creating and managing Meta Ads across Facebook & Instagram
• Monitoring campaign performance, leads and advertising spend
• Creating engaging content for our social media channels
• Taking photos and videos of our products and completed installations
• Creating and editing Reels, videos, graphics and posts
• Planning and scheduling social media content
• Writing captions, adverts and other marketing copy
• Developing fresh ideas and campaigns to promote both brands

Requirements

• Has hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Understands paid advertising, campaign performance and lead generation
• Is confident creating engaging social media content
• Has a good eye for photography, video and design
• Is comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Adobe software or similar
• Is creative, organised and able to take ownership of their work
• Has an interest in interiors, home improvement or design
• Is confident bringing new marketing ideas to a growing company

Preferred

• full driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial
