Job Summary

Own end-to-end multi-brand content planning and execution across social media, website, and campaigns, and support events and site activity while ensuring brand consistency. Lead campaign delivery from brief through reporting, monitor performance, and liaise with external agencies and suppliers. Work with sales, aftersales, and the wider marketing team to align activity with business priorities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across social media, website, and other digital channels for multiple brands.
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns from brief through to execution and reporting.
  • Assist with the planning and promotion of events, launches, and site activity across the group.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and channel performance.
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers on advertising, print, and digital media.
  • Support brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, sites, and brands.
  • Work closely with sales and aftersales teams to align marketing activity with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team and assist when required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business
  • At least 1 year's experience in a marketing role, agency, or relevant placement — we're open to strong graduates as well as more experienced candidates.
  • Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Confident using social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta paid advertising campaigns through Ads Manager
  • Some experience with website CMS platforms or email marketing tools is an advantage.
  • A proactive, organised approach — comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
  • Full driving licence, with travel between local sites as required.
