Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, partnerships and brand activations across the hotel
• Assist with managing social media channels including content scheduling, engagement and reporting
• Coordinate influencer visits, media stays and PR activity alongside agencies and HQ teams
• Support F&B, wellness and cultural marketing campaigns and events
• Assist with content shoots including photography, videography and campaign coordination
• Create and manage marketing collateral in line with Nobu brand standards
• Support website updates, newsletters and CRM communications
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and competitor analysis
• Coordinate gifting, guest amenities and branded materials
• Build strong relationships with operational teams across the hotel

Requirements

• You are creative, organised and passionate about hospitality, lifestyle and culture.
• With experience in marketing and brand coordination, you are confident managing multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Digitally savvy and commercially aware, you enjoy creating engaging content and supporting campaigns that elevate brand presence and guest experience.
