Job Summary

Own education marketing for schools and early years audiences, coordinating cross functional content and campaigns with a hands on approach to drive the MAT Package loyalty and education reach.

  • Education audience ownership: plan and execute campaigns across digital, website content, events and traditional marketing to grow ESPO's MAT Package loyalty.
  • Cross functional delivery: partner with Marketing, Digital and Sales to create engaging content and campaigns that move schools and early years establishments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promoting our education offering to schools and early years establishments across the country.
  • Working closely with colleagues from across our Marketing, Digital and Sales teams, creating engaging content and campaigns that make an impact.
  • Plan and deliver activity including digital campaigns, Website content, events, or traditional marketing support, on time and within budget.
  • Manage multiple campaigns with a hands-on, proactive attitude and a passion for marketing.
  • Promote our MAT Package loyalty programme to grow the ESPO brand.

Requirements

  • A recognised marketing qualification such as a CIM diploma or equivalent;
  • Experience of planning and executing marketing activities and measuring impact and results;
  • Experience of working within a cross functional team.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to peers, colleagues, customers and other partners/stakeholders.
  • Familiarity of using email software such as DotDigital or Klaviyo and CMS platforms such as Magento or Word Press.
  • A flair for creating engaging content for external audiences.
  • A can-do approach to working, inspiring others with your enthusiasm and drive for success.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the education sector could be a bonus.
