Responsibilities

• Manage and update company website, including posting news items.
• Work collaboratively with our external marketing team.
• Create, manage, post, and update company social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.).
• Create and maintain marketing lists and information.
• Assist with organising events (social and educational).
• Dealing with some general administration as required.
• The Marketing Executive will be in charge of managing Lawtons’ website, creating long-form written content that is informative, accurate and SEO-optimised.
• The role also involves social media management and content creation.

Requirements

• Exceptional researching and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent spoken and written English.
• Educated to Degree level with good A Levels.
• Ability to work independently, stay updated on industry trends and pitch relevant content ideas when applicable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel, 365 & SharePoint.

Preferred

• 2:1 degree from university, ideally in a humanities.
• Experience with a CMS, preferably Wordpress.
• Experience using social media and content management.
• Potential to develop and take on more senior responsibilities quickly (as appropriate).
• Client (Customer) focused - understands what this means and uses initiative to meet the needs and expectations of members, clients, and prospective clients.
