Job Summary

Own campaign planning and cross-channel execution to drive event attendance and revenue, with hands on content creation, social and email management, and live-event delivery.

  • Campaign Planning & Delivery: coordinate multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, partnerships and print to hit targets.
  • Content & Creative Execution: produce on-brand marketing materials and copy for key segments and support event content within campaigns.
  • Digital & Channel Management: manage social channels, maintain event sites, and run SEO/SEM, PPC, and social activities for campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Delivery - Support the development and implementation of marketing plans to achieve visitor and revenue targets
  • Campaign Planning & Delivery - Assist in the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, partnerships and print
  • Campaign Planning & Delivery - Work to campaign timelines and event deadlines, ensuring all activity is delivered accurately and on time
  • Content & Creative Execution - Produce high-quality, engaging marketing materials and copy tailored to key audience segments
  • Content & Creative Execution - Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all channels
  • Content & Creative Execution - Support delivery of event content and features (e.g. talks, workshops, features, exhibitions) within marketing campaigns
  • Digital & Channel Management - Lead on social media management across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, to deliver year-round engaging content across all events
  • Digital & Channel Management - Deliver email marketing campaigns (including segmentation and scheduling) in line with campaign strategy
  • Digital & Channel Management - Maintain and update event websites, ensuring content accuracy, strong UX, and alignment with campaigns
  • Digital & Channel Management - Support implementation of digital activity including SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing and campaign planning
  • Experience in basic website management
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and campaigns
  • Understanding of conventional and digital marketing channels
  • Good overall IT skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Able to think creatively and strategically

Preferred

  • Experience in consumer events or exhibitions
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Adestra or similar email systems
  • Experience in editing social media video content and Familiarity with Canva or similar design programmes
  • Interest in craft, art, or creative industries
