Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• The role is responsible for delivering innovative and compliant marketing services that support the businesses objectives.
• Focusing on planning and implementing marketing initiatives to attract new customers, while maintaining existing customers.
• Strengthening the company brand across digital platforms and maintaining social media accounts.
• The role will also be responsible for supporting cross departmental activities, in particular the communications department.
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise the impact made by campaigns, continuously analysing performance and feedback.
• This role’s work predominantly supports the Farmers’ Union of Wales, but there will also be the need to complete work that supports the company’s insurance businesses and Group activities .
• Therefore, the position is responsible for ensuring all work completed complies with FCA regulations and company policies where necessary.

Requirements

• Strong marketing background, with experience converting marketing campaigns into sales.
• Experience of creating, directing, shooting and editing videos for commercial purposes.
• Knowledge of innovative and creative marketing techniques.
• Experience of leading marketing campaigns to drive business performance.
• Experience of website building, design and development.
• Experience of developing engaging content for digital channels and different audiences.
• Good organisation, presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar.
• Experience and confidence in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar.
• Experience in developing, coordinating and realising marketing projects.

Preferred

• Previous role based in a membership industry
• Experience using digital analytics or performance data
• Ability to speak and write in fluent Welsh.
• Drone operation.
