Responsibilities

• Event Organisation - Coordinate the attendance and logistics for events and campaigns, such as booking venues, arranging catering, managing supplies, and setting up exhibition spaces at specialist shows.
• Liaise with suppliers and 3rd parties, such as event organisers and educational establishments.
• Generate promotional materials for upcoming events across our website and social media platforms.
• Research and identify potential events and marketing opportunities.
• Marketing - Effective communication with the senior leadership team around marketing content and direction, gaining an understanding of their objectives to develop tailored campaigns.
• Assist in creating marketing content, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
• Support social media efforts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and providing analytics.
• Regularly maintain and update company websites.
• Work collaboratively across the firm to be able to provide new content for company websites.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Requirements

• A-Level or equivalent (required)
• Marketing: 1 year (required)
• Taunton TA1 3DU (required)
• In person
• 37.5 hours Monday-Friday, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of marketing campaigns and events when needed
