• Proficiency in Marketing and understanding its role in supporting sales objectives
• Familiarity with Sales strategy to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time
• Previous experience in B2B or technical industries is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
