Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing materials across print and digital platforms including display ads, social media ads and graphics, video editing for digital campaigns, print materials such as flyers, signage, and brochures.
Create digital graphics, presentation slide decks, email marketing templates, and print-ready files
Review, edit, and refine designs, images, and graphics to ensure accuracy and quality
Collaborate with the sales and digital teams on client campaigns and internal marketing projects
Maintain brand consistency across all materials by following established style guides
Manage and track weekly and monthly creative tasks and deadlines
Appropriately apply AI tools to support design and production workflows
Assist with website design projects as needed
Proofread materials for grammar, spelling, and content accuracy

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing/Advertising, or a related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (more specifically Illustrator and Photoshop)
Proficient in Canva and CapCut (or other video editing software)
Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including: Typography, Layout and Composition, Color Theory, Branding and Style Guides
Ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communicator comfortable speaking or meeting directly with clients when needed
Team-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and open to feedback
Applicants must submit an online portfolio of original work created without the use of generative AI tools. The portfolio should demonstrate diverse design skills, technical proficiency, and the candidate's creative process.
