Responsibilities

• Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and promotional content
• Photograph and film products, deliveries, promotions and company activity
• Write engaging captions and marketing copy
• Respond to comments, messages and customer engagement
• Identify social media trends and develop relevant content
• Grow engagement, reach and brand awareness
• Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports
• Test different types of content and identify what performs best

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, graphic design, digital marketing or social media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong creative and design ability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Experience creating professional marketing content
• Good knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Understanding of digital advertising
• Basic understanding of SEO and website marketing

Preferred

• Experience within foodservice, wholesale, hospitality, FMCG, retail or B2B would be highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of food products and the foodservice industry would also be beneficial, but is not essential.
