Job Summary

Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across events and audience engagement, from content updates and UX optimization to email, social, sponsorship fulfilment and event attendance; collaborate with design and COE marketing to drive best practices.

  • Coordinate sponsor contract fulfilment across website, app, email, and press

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supports audience and digital marketing managers in execution of the campaigns and activities they own across the portfolio of events and audience engagement.
  • Updates websites with the latest content and copy, ensuring the websites are optimised for UX and conversion.
  • Sets up, tests and executes segmented emails, social media, advocacy marketing and referrals.
  • Works with the internal design team to ensure all marketing communications on all platforms are in alignment with brand positioning.
  • Works with the COE (Centre of Excellence) performance marketing team to achieve best practice marketing.
  • Aids sales retention and audience engagement through supporting the fulfilment of sponsor contracts across website, event app, email, social media and press engagement.
  • Travels and attends events and/or meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client/customer-facing role preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proven project management and excellent time management skills are required.
  • Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, highly motivated team player, with strong project management skills.
  • Quick learner of new technologies, tools and processes, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines.
  • Preferred experience in HTML, Adobe Photoshop and marketing automation software or email service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing and building databases for new event launches and geo-adaptations preferred.
