Job Summary

Own cross channel employer and member marketing campaigns with content production for employer and member audiences, and partner with the Senior Campaigns Manager to plan social activity and measure impact.

  • Campaign ownership across employer acquisition and engagement with both paid and organic channels.
  • Content Engine: develop websites, emails, blogs, webinars and case studies for the employer and member audiences.
  • Collaboration and measurement: oversee reporting, analytics and Pathways campaigns to attract new members, coordinating with in-house teams and agencies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement campaigns across employer acquisition and member engagement activity.
  • Create engaging content for websites, emails, blogs, webinars and case studies tailored for the employer and member audiences and the appropriate channels.
  • Deliver high performing and optimised campaigns, and activity to engage and support member activity as well as attract Authorised Training Employers.
  • Working with the Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, New Employers and New Members plan, develop and deliver social media activity, overseeing reporting and analysis. Work with in-house teams and agencies to create engaging campaign content to reach relevant audiences - via paid and organic activity.
  • Support with the implementation, measurement and evaluation of Pathways campaigns to attract new members

Requirements

  • Experience of digital marketing activity
  • Skills and experience in analysis of key digital metrics and measurements
  • Experienced user of email platforms, preferably DotDigital, and CMS systems with demonstrable experience in the delivery of digital marketing/communication plans
  • A high standard of written English including, excellent proof reading, communication, copywriting, planning

Preferred

  • Experience of B2B or membership marketing is preferred
