Job Summary

Own end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, turning briefs into activations and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while driving measurable outcomes across brand, TV, radio and OOH through cross-functional collaboration and analytics.

  • Campaign ownership: from concept through post-analysis, including performance review and optimisation.
  • Cross-team orchestration: partner with Performance, Media, Content, CRM, PR, Insights and Creative for seamless customer experiences.
  • Market sensing: spot trends and opportunities to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

Job Description

  • Owning marketing campaigns from start to finish, bringing brand and retail activations to life and making sure everything lands on time, within budget and delivers against objectives.
  • Turning ideas into action by writing inspiring creative briefs for both big campaign concepts and channel-specific assets across TV, radio and out-of-home.
  • Working closely with teams across Marketing including Performance, Media, Content, CRM, PR & Comms, Insights, Analytics and Creative to make sure every campaign delivers a seamless customer experience.
  • Partnering with our Trade Marketing teams to maximise commercial opportunities and support manufacturer approval processes.
  • Digging into campaign performance, analysing results and uncovering insights that help us make the next campaign even better.
  • Keeping a finger firmly on the pulse of the marketing world, spotting trends, opportunities and new ways of doing things that keep us ahead of the game.
  • Being the go-to person for marketing activations, helping teams stay informed, aligned and excited about what's coming next.
  • Has hands-on experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns from initial brief through to execution, reporting and optimisation.
  • Marketing experience gained in a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, consumer brand or agency environment.
  • Knows how to create strong creative briefs and has experience working across upper-funnel channels such as TV, radio and out-of-home advertising.
  • Builds great relationships easily and is confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, from specialists and suppliers through to senior leaders.
  • A passion for marketing and is always looking to learn, improve and stay ahead of emerging trends whilst having a keen eye for detail and takes pride in producing great work.
  • Brings plenty of energy, enthusiasm and a proactive attitude, with the confidence to take ownership and keep projects moving.
  • Is highly organised, can juggle multiple priorities and consistently delivers to deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Enjoys using data and insight to make decisions, measure success and identify opportunities for future growth.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting involved wherever needed.
