Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of community events, store openings, and seasonal promotions.
Coordinate with vendors, performers, and local partners for event logistics and deliverables.
Work with store teams to ensure successful setup, brand visibility, and customer engagement during events.
Assist in capturing content (photos/videos) during events for social and digital use.
Serve as the main point of contact between the Marketing Department and store teams for campaign rollouts and in-store promotions.
Manage requests for marketing materials (posters, banners, digital assets, etc.) and ensure timely distribution.
Conduct store check-ins (virtual or onsite) to verify accurate and consistent campaign implementation.
Maintain an internal calendar of all store marketing activities, events, and key promotions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or retail coordination (supermarket, food, or FMCG experience a plus).
Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
Willingness to work from the office based in Pomona, California 5x a week and willing to travel occasionally for store events and activations.
