Job Summary

Own marketing operations across EMEA by aligning cross-functional teams, maintaining tools and assets, and delivering observable, data-driven campaign execution at scale.

  • Cross-functional ownership: act as the central connector across PR, Media, Social, CRM, DTC and Operations to keep campaigns on track.
  • Process and tooling: maintain orders, asset libraries, dashboards, and systems to enable fast, error-free activations.
  • Measurement and governance: build visibility with reporting to drive decisions and scale improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Act as a central connector across teams to ensure smooth, efficient marketing operations across EMEA
  • Manage marketing product orders, from allocation through to returns and reporting
  • Coordinate athlete and PR seeding, ensuring alignment with campaign priorities and timely delivery
  • Support athlete relationships by managing product requests, tracking, and performance visibility
  • Maintain and optimise key tools, systems, and asset libraries to enable seamless campaign execution
  • Drive consistency, accuracy, and operational excellence across marketing processes
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration across PR, Media, Social, CRM, DTC, and Operations teams
  • Build visibility through reporting and dashboards, supporting data-driven decision making
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows at scale
  • Support key team rhythms, including campaign timelines, updates, and performance tracking
Requirements
  • Background in marketing coordination, operations, or similar roles
  • Experience in product-driven or multi-channel marketing environments
  • Exposure to logistics, operations, or campaign execution
  • Solid Excel skills (including VLOOKUP minimum)

Preferred
  • Experience with DAM systems (e.g. Bynder) is a plus
  • Experience with Oracle, Bynder, and procurement tools is a plus
