Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Website & Stock Management
• Promptly update machinery stock on the company website and third-party advertising platforms.
• Ensure all stock listings include accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing and images.
• Assist in maintaining website content and ensuring information remains current and relevant.
• Upload news articles, promotions and event information.
• Social Media
• Suggest and create and schedule social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Assist in producing photographs, videos and graphics for marketing campaigns.
• Monitor customer engagement and refer enquiries to the appropriate department.
• Marketing Campaign Support

Requirements

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good knowledge of social media platforms
• Competent with Microsoft Office and marketing software
• Ability to work accurately and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in marketing, administration or agriculture would be advantageous
• Enthusiastic, creative and willing to learn
