Job Summary

Own and coordinate two-company marketing outreach, turning campaigns across digital, print, social, and events into measurable pipeline and growth, while managing content, website, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Demand Generation: Plan and run multichannel campaigns, measure ROAS and adjust tactics to improve pipeline velocity.
  • Content Engine: Create and publish content and manage website/social channels to sustain brand presence.
  • Marketing Ops: Track key metrics, build dashboards, and run quarterly performance reviews to inform strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practice
  • Content creation
  • Willing to accompany staff to exhibitions
  • Duties above for two companies (Peak Test & Peak Production)
  • Travel to head office as required

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, SEO, social media management, etc.)
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience: Marketing: 1 year (required)
