Job Summary

Own the foundational marketing support stack, coordinating campaigns, content creation, and research while keeping internal comms and admin running so the team has clean data and ready materials to ship.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate digital and offline campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Content & Social: Create social content and marketing materials aligned with strategy and partner with vendors for production.
  • Research & Analytics: Conduct audience/competitor research, monitor performance, and report insights to improve next steps.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
  • Assist with the creation of social media content in line with the marketing content strategy.
  • Conduct market and audience research, including monitoring and analysing competitor activity.
  • Support internal communications by coordinating, updating, and maintaining content on the company intranet (SharePoint).
  • Coordinate and support the production of weekly company huddle slides, liaising with teams across the business to gather and update content.
  • Provide ad-hoc creative and administrative support to the wider marketing team as required.
  • Support event-related activities, including assisting with presentations and marketing resources for the business development team.
  • Assist with the production and distribution of the monthly client newsletter, sharing company news, insights, events, and industry updates.
  • Support the development and updating of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Help track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including designers, agencies, and printers.
  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the marketing department.
  • Be willing to travel to marketing events and conferences when required.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Graphic design experience is essential
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Basic website knowledge and an understanding of digital content platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and engaging content
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Creative mindset with a proactive and positive approach to work
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment
