Responsibilities

• Assisting with the production and distribution of promotional literature, campaign briefs, and display materials.
• Conducting local market research and audience feedback collection across targeted London locations.
• Tracking engagement figures, logging campaign responses, and compiling weekly performance spreadsheets.
• Coordinating logistics for live promotional displays, brand activations, and sponsored local events.
• Proofreading marketing copy, social assets, and printed media for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Monitoring competitor promotional activity and logging industry trends across key sectors.
• Maintaining an organized digital library of brand assets, photos, and past campaign collateral.
• Liaising with internal event and sales teams to ensure promotional schedules run seamlessly on site.

Requirements

• Excellent written English with a good eye for proofreading, grammar, and layout consistency.
• A methodical approach to managing tasks, schedules, and digital asset files.
• Basic confidence with spreadsheets and data entry to track campaign numbers accurately.
• Clear, professional communication skills when speaking with suppliers, team members, and the public.
• An observant, curious nature with an interest in consumer response and audience engagement.
• Previous experience in marketing coordination, administration, copywriting, customer service, retail, or university media projects is a plus, but not essential as full training is provided.
