Job Summary

Own the campaign execution loop for theatre marketing, turning briefs into multi‑channel campaigns and measuring results with rapid learnings.

  • Campaign delivery across venues: plan, execute, and optimize with cross‑functional partners.
  • Copy and content ownership: craft engaging messages for email, digital, and print; maintain consistency.
  • Performance feedback: monitor KPIs, feed insights into reporting, and drive improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across theatre productions
  • Writing engaging copy for campaigns, email marketing, digital content and printed materials
  • Managing campaign assets and liaising with producers and partners
  • Assisting with website content and digital marketing activity, including SEO and analytics
  • Supporting audience development through targeted campaigns and data insights
  • Monitoring performance and contributing to campaign reporting and improvements
  • Helping to deliver advertising activity across a range of channels
  • Attending events and press nights as part of the wider marketing team
  • Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will help plan, deliver and evaluate marketing campaigns across all venues
  • You’ll be at the heart of our promotional activity, helping to drive ticket sales, grow audiences and maximise income opportunities
