Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across the European region.
• Manage CRM data, client follow-ups, and marketing administration activities.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Office tools.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance.
• Create and update marketing content for digital channels, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate webinars, conferences, trade shows, and other marketing events.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate marketing records, documentation, and performance reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a marketing assistant
• Experience in Marine field will be a bonus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Monday CRM/other CRM a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• Proven experience in project management within a marketing or related environment
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
