Job Summary This role focuses exclusively on acquiring new business by identifying, pursuing, and closing managed services opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and excels at prospecting, consultative selling, and building strategic relationships. The role is high impact with visibility across the organization. Roles And Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and close new logo opportunities across targeted verticals and territories. Develop and execute proactive hunting strategies through outbound prospecting, networking, and targeted campaigns. Lead consultative sales engagements to align client needs with managed services solutions, including IT support, cybersecurity, cloud, and print. Collaborate with technical pre-sales and solution architects to create tailored proposals. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline. Partner with Marketing for targeted campaigns and provide market feedback to leadership. Required Skills / Experience 3–7+ years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of acquiring net-new customers. Strong background in Managed Services, IT Services, Managed Print, Cloud, or Cybersecurity solutions. Ability to generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, and ABM strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience selling to Director, VP, and C-suite levels. Proficiency in CRM systems and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN). Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Experience in mid-market and enterprise account acquisition. Familiarity with managed services pricing models and contract negotiation. Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. Comfortable with extended screen time and virtual collaboration tools. Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Net-new revenue and annual recurring revenue (ARR) closed. Pipeline creation and progression against monthly/quarterly targets. Quality of discovery, deal strategy, and forecasting accuracy. Contribution to overall territory and organizational growth. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
