As an industry-leading controls automation company, we drive innovation that makes the world healthier, safer, smarter, and more sustainable.    In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:   * Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary engineering and administrative team to deliver high‑quality field services, system support, upgrades, and project implementation for local customers.  * Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders by delivering responsive, reliable solutions and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.  * Conduct project cost reviews, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure proposals and work scopes are accurate and aligned with objectives.  * Support regional business goals including revenue growth, operational efficiency, service quality, and on‑time delivery.  * Allocate personnel, equipment, and financial resources to strengthen business performance and advance regional strategy.  * Partner with Aftermarket Sales to define scopes of work, coordinate service activities, and enhance cross‑team collaboration.  * Mentor and develop team members, creating an inclusive, psychologically safe environment that supports continuous learning and career growth.   Who You Are: You form teams with diverse strengths to create a mix of styles, perspectives, and experience. You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You use financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities. You orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish a goal.    For This Role, You Will Need: * Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Minimum 7 years of related experience. * Ability to travel up to 25%  * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.   Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: * Experience with Ovation™, distributed control systems (DCS), or similar platforms; OV400 certification is a plus  * Professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) * Prior leadership experience as a site manager or project manager, particularly within industrial, automation, or service‑delivery environments   Our Culture & Commitment to You:   At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
