- Connect the full customer journey to insights and action.
- Mentor analysts and present findings to executives.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define how the business measures and grows its earned and owned channels — building the frameworks, models, and reporting infrastructure the organisation will rely on for years.
- Shape measurement strategy and prove the commercial value of unpaid investment.
- Connect the dots across the full customer journey.
- Mentor the analysts around you.
- Contribute to a single customer view that powers audience targeting and next-best-action.
- Present findings directly to exec-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- Background in at least one of: CRM/lifecycle analytics, customer analytics, SEO/organic, or content performance
- Expert-level SQL
- Experience with a programming language (Python, R or Julia or similar)
Preferred
- Familiarity with BI tools, dbt, or Git is a bonus
