As an IT manager within the External Communications platform for either the Enterprise eSignature System or System Integration teams you’ll lead a team delivering critical technological solutions. You’ll guide teams that build and enhance cloud-forward, API-enabled platforms, driving key business outcomes. These platforms support enterprise – wide content delivery and enable millions of customer interactions through innovative, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. You’ll work with IT and business partners to ensure system reliability and operational excellence. You’ll set direction, remove obstacles, and foster an environment where your team can thrive and deliver consistent, high-quality results. By applying Lean principles, you’ll also prioritize work, foster ongoing improvement, and introduce innovative improvements to the backlog. This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training. Must-have Qualifications Minimum 4 years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery. {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 1 year of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery. Preferred Skills Experience managing technical teams, fostering a high‑performance culture built on trust and continuous growth Proven experience in a Service Management role Demonstrated success in operationalizing strategic initiatives and driving measurable outcomes. Proven ability to operationalize strategic initiatives, translate organizational goals into actionable backlogs, and drive continuous improvement efforts. Broad understanding of IT functions—such as systems engineering, operational excellence, service management, and Agile delivery frameworks.
