ABOUT US DNA&STONE is what happens when trust and disruption collide. Born in January 2025 from the merger of DNA—an independent agency with 26 years of earned results—and Little Hands of Stone—an aggressively creative, founder-led micro-agency—we exist to break barriers, challenge conventions, and create work that makes the world jealous. We are The Creative Agency That Doesn’t Flinch for Brands That Go There. We deal in real, high-stakes emotion—grief, joy, fear, hope—and embrace the hard truths most turn away from. Our core strategic and creative approach is Radical Empathy—deep emotional intelligence for the consumer, the client, and the business. It’s about killing bias and allowing ourselves to feel what our audience feels. And taking on the pressure our clients feel as our own, then turning that into work that moves people and businesses. A STARTUP CULTURE WITH A PROVEN FOUNDATION As a newly merged agency, DNA&STONE carries the ambition and approach of a startup. This is a pivotal moment, and the right candidate will help shape the agency’s next chapter—bringing operational maturity to creative momentum. You’ll thrive in complexity, help formalize repeatable processes, bridge leadership gaps, and drive growth as we transform visibility into velocity. DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW Media isn’t just a department—it’s a force multiplier. It’s where creative ambition becomes measurable momentum. Our media team doesn’t just place ads—we build moments that move people, spark conversation, and unlock lasting value. We bring Radical Empathy into every aspect of media—from understanding the emotional truths that drive attention to negotiating the kind of value that satisfies both consumers and CFOs. We’re built differently: an integrated crew of strategists, buyers, analysts, and storytellers who connect brand goals to human moments. We thrive in complexity. The landscape is fragmented, the signals are noisy, and consumers move fast—but that’s where we shine. When others flinch, we lean in. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT You’re a detail-oriented media professional with a strong foundation in campaign reporting and billing, ready to step in and supervise media planning and execution for one of our cornerstone accounts. You see integrated media as a driver of business growth, where strategy and execution connect to fuel results. As the Campaign Associate, Reporting & Billing, you are the operational and analytical backbone of media execution. You ensure that campaign data, pacing, budgets, and invoices are accurate, reconciled, and aligned across platforms, providing a reliable foundation for both media strategy and finance teams. While the role is execution-focused, it requires strong analytical thinking. You will not only compile reports, but also identify anomalies, flag risks, and surface trends that inform optimization decisions. You understand how different campaign objectives (awareness vs. performance) require different success metrics and can help connect media delivery to business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow deeper into media analytics, performance diagnostics, and strategic reporting. This role reports to the Director of Integrated Media & Communications Planning, however workload and comms are managed by Freelance AMD. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Campaign Associate, Reporting & Billing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and analytical integrity of media campaigns. You will manage campaign reporting, analyze media performance, and provide insights that support strategic decisions across the agency. You will also own billing reconciliation in collaboration with media managers, compare platform data to invoicing, and work closely with finance teams to forecast and prepare monthly media billings across all channels. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience who thrives on detail, loves data, and enjoys optimizing processes. You will be a key partner to media planning, buying, and finance teams, ensuring seamless alignment between campaign goals, performance data, and financial reconciliation. Key Responsibilities Generate, maintain, and automate media reporting dashboards and performance visualizations Evaluate campaign performance against defined objectives (awareness, consideration, performance) and highlight insights, identify discrepancies, and opportunities for efficiency Translate complex performance data into clear summaries that support decision-making by managers and directors Validate tracking and attribution across platforms (CM360/DCM, programmatic, paid social) before drawing performance conclusions Reconcile platform-reported data with invoicing and finance trackers across digital and traditional media Assist with campaign audits and process documentation to ensure operational consistency Collaborate with finance teams monthly to assist in estimated media spend and prepare billing across all channels. Work with media planning and buying teams to ensure billing and reporting align with campaign goals Translate complex data sets into clear points of view for managers and directors to shape narrative and performance insights Maintain accuracy in tracking budgets, spend pacing, and financial reporting for internal and client stakeholders WHAT YOU’LL BRING Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, communications, business, or analytics 2-4 years of experience in paid media reporting, analytics, or performance marketing environments Strong understanding of full-funnel media strategy (awareness vs. consideration vs. performance) and how KPIs differ by campaign objective Experience evaluating campaign performance against business goals (not just delivery metrics), with the ability to surface insights and recommendations Familiarity with discrepancies between platform-reported data and third-party tools (e.g., Google Campaign Manager / CM360), including understanding attribution windows and deduplication logic. Strong attention to detail, especially in reconciling data and billing information Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, slicers, and basic formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) with the ability to build scalable reporting frameworks Familiarity with media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, AdIntel, etc.) Experience working with dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) and comfort in translating raw data into client-ready narratives Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously with strong time management and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across media and finance teams Confidence in presenting findings to both media-savvy and non-technical stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination Preferred Qualifications Advanced Excel skills (e.g., conditional formatting, nested formulas, macros) Experience with media performance dashboards and automation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) Familiarity with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk), social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads), and attribution tools Experience reconciling large budgets across multiple media channels (digital, traditional, owned) Understanding of media pacing, forecasting, and budget tracking workflows Ability to synthesize performance data into client-ready narratives or visualizations Experience supporting campaign audits or process documentation for operational consistency Familiarity with media taxonomy and naming conventions across platforms Ability to identify and escalate discrepancies or anomalies in campaign data Strong analytical curiosity: able to move from “what happened” to “why it happened” to “what we should do next” Interest in media operations as a long-term career path, with a growth mindset toward analytics or strategy COMPENSATION Contract Terms: Hours: 35-40+ hours per week Engagement: 03/05/2026-05/31/2026 LOCATION Seattle Office: DNA & STONE is working a Hybrid schedule; required in-office days are Tuesday and Thursday of each week for employees who live in the Seattle metro region.
