RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer insurance accounts and update information. Assist customers with policy changes and renewals. Provide information on insurance products and services. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. QUALIFICATIONS: Organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Current P&C License (or ability to obtain).
