Job Summary

Own the hands-on support workflow for beauty PR and influencer campaigns, coordinating creator outreach, briefs, and reporting across multiple clients.

Support day-to-day account activities and push projects forward.
Identify creators, build target lists, and assist with outreach preparation.
Compile weekly reports with press coverage, placements, and campaign wins.

Responsibilities

Assist the PR and influencer teams across a portfolio of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle clients.
Help compile weekly client reports highlighting press coverage, influencer placements, campaign updates, and key wins.
Support day-to-day account activities and keep projects moving efficiently.
Research and identify creators, influencers, and emerging talent for campaigns and gifting opportunities.
Build influencer target lists and assist with outreach preparation.
Monitor creator content and social coverage across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Gather engagement metrics, screenshots, and campaign performance data for reporting.
Assist in developing creator-facing briefs that outline campaign messaging, content requirements, deliverables, deadlines, and inspiration.
Help ensure all materials are polished, accurate, and on-brand.
Prepare and ship products to editors, influencers, creators, and industry tastemakers.

Requirements

Passion for beauty, influencer marketing, social media, PR, and pop culture.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and creator culture.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications or Marketing
Proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive.
