Job Summary

Own end-to-end creator campaigns across Paid and Organic Growth, driving timely launches, onboarding, and performance against CAC targets.

  • Creator relationship ownership: briefs, approvals, timelines, day-to-day contact, and long-term partnerships.
  • Cross-team collaboration: align messaging with Paid Growth and Creative to optimise concepts and roll out organic creator strategy.
  • Performance-driven governance: monitor results, flag optimisations, and maintain creator databases to scale partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and conceptualise end-to-end creator campaigns across Paid and Organic Growth
  • Coordinate creator onboarding, briefing, approvals, timelines, and delivery
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time and align with wider marketing calendars
  • Support UGC campaign management and creator sourcing
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for creators and talent managers
  • Build strong long-term relationships with creators, ambassadors, and partners
  • Support creator education and brief comprehension
  • Manage creator feedback loops and approvals
  • Escalate sensitive or commercial issues where required
  • Translate strategic direction into creator-facing briefs
  • Support development of high-performing creator concepts across: TikTok; Instagram; YouTube; Substack; Meta partnership ads; Organic creator content
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Growth and Creative teams to optimise messaging and creative resonance
  • Support the rollout of Juniper’s organic creator and ambassador strategy
  • Help source creators aligned to Juniper’s brand positioning and target demographics
  • Support community-led initiatives, creator events, and brand activations
  • Assist in developing creator storytelling that builds trust, education, and long-term brand affinity
  • Monitor creator campaign performance and flag optimisation opportunities
  • Support weekly and monthly creator scorecarding to ensure adherence to CAC targets
  • Track delivery against KPIs and commercial agreements
  • Maintain reporting systems and creator databases (Motion, Notion, CreatorIQ)

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of influencer marketing or talent management experience.
  • Established and extensive network of managers/agents or Influencer contacts
  • Strong negotiating skills and management of individual campaign Influencer budgets well into the six figures.
  • Analytical mindset with strong experience evaluating content performance metrics.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strategic creative thinking with the ability to adapt and optimise to a variety of objectives
  • Strong written communication
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Meta campaigns and creator culture
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to performance metrics and creative quality
  • Able to balance operational execution with strategic thinking
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Comfortable taking ownership of approvals and sensitive communications in a highly-regulated healthcare environment
