Job Summary

Own the influencer relationship and campaign lifecycle to identify creators who authentically align with brands, then oversee briefs, contracting, publishing, and performance analysis to turn data into smarter future partnerships.

  • Influencer Discovery: Find creators across platforms, evaluating culture, audience fit, and brand alignment.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end workflows from briefing and contracting to publishing and performance tracking.
  • Relationship & Insights: Write inspiring briefs, manage budgets, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Find and evaluate creators across platforms, assessing cultural credibility, audience fit, and brand alignment, not just follower counts.
  • Build and maintain genuine relationships with creators, talent agents, and management, making Iris a partner creators want to work with.
  • Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and contracting through to content review, publishing, and performance tracking.
  • Stay embedded in creator culture across platforms, tracking who’s rising, what’s resonating, and where the energy is moving.
  • Write clear, inspiring briefs that give creators the strategic direction they need while protecting their authentic voice.
  • Manage influencer fees, contracts, and budget tracking with accuracy and transparency.
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and turn campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with social, strategy, and creative teams to ensure influencer activity integrates seamlessly into broader campaigns.
