Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement global marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
Lead all aspects of marketing, including brand, growth, communications, digital/lead generation, and strategic marketing.
Identify and implement marketing campaigns to generate sales leads, maintain market positioning, and drive brand preference and customer loyalty.
Build and execute demand creation activities to support profitable growth, such as advertising, trade shows, organic and paid digital, webinars, and training.
Lead brand-specific strategies, leveraging market insights, segmentation, and other marketing approaches.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Define and nurture the appropriate marketing team structure for the company's size and maturity, making informed organizational adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Build, develop, and motivate a diverse, global marketing team.
Ensure the marketing team operates to the highest standards by coaching and developing team members.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.

Requirements

10+ years of marketing, product management, and/or strategic service experience in comparable/growth-oriented industries with 4+ years in a senior management position.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience gaining knowledge of customers, company, and competition in new industries.
Experience building processes to improve customer’s buying journey.
Experience leading marketing and product initiatives across strategic and operational areas.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
Executive presence to quickly establish credibility and drive results with executives internal and external to the organization.
Ability to present ideas effectively both verbally and in writing. Able to motivate and inspire both direct and indirect associates through effective communication.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with a wide range of people both within the reporting chain and outside the function and/or organization.
Experience leading and operating successfully in a global environment and being a change agent for creating cultural awareness.
