* Provide mentorship and direction to junior technical or CRM resource as the function develops

Experience

* Demonstrable experience building custom code on HubSpot, including custom coded workflow actions and serverless functions, and working with the HubSpot API

* Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM across multiple Hubs, including workflows, automation, custom objects and reporting

* Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party systems via API or middleware

* Ability to work independently in scoping and delivering technical solutions, while communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders

* Relevant HubSpot certifications, such as CMS for Developers or Platform Consulting, are desirable

* Experience within a regulated, compliance-focused or operations-led environment is advantageous

* Familiarity with identity verification or KYC tooling, such as Onfido, is beneficial

* Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement methodology is desirable

* Front-end development experience, including JavaScript and HTML/CSS, for CMS or custom UI work is an advantage
