Job Summary

Own multi-client SEO and AIO strategies to drive organic growth, turning data into continuous improvements, with cross‑team collaboration across content, PR and development.

  • Ownership: lead technical, on-page, local and international SEO across diverse accounts.
  • Execution: align content, PR and site changes to improve rankings and traffic.
  • Analytics: extract insights from campaigns to propose experiments and lift performance.

  • Developing and implementing effective SEO and AIO strategies to drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings for our clients.
  • \n
  • Work closely with our content, PR and web development teams to ensure all aspects of our clients' online presence are optimised for success.
  • \n
  • Working across a range of client accounts, no two days will be the same and you’ll get to test your skills to the max across a variety of industries.
  • \n
  • You’ll work alongside the Account Leads, to deliver high quality work to our clients that makes a difference.
  • \n
  • Make data-driven decisions by digging deep into our client’s campaigns to assess success and share ideas on how we can constantly improve results.

\n\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • 2+ years of proven experience in an SEO role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • \n
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • \n
  • Strong proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and SEMrush.
  • \n
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, whether this is through email, telephone or face to face meetings.
  • \n
  • Great attention to detail in all disciplines of SEO, such as keyword research and on-page optimisation.
  • \n
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in all disciplines of SEO and AIO (technical SEO, local SEO, international SEO and / or eCommerce SEO)
  • \n
  • A team player
  • \n
  • Keen to learn new skills
  • \n
  • Willing to share your knowledge and expertise with the rest of the team
  • \n
  • Someone who embraces success and failure equally – there’s no room for egos
