Our goal is to spark elevated experiences that welcome all kindred spirits Job Summary: The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Kindred’s luxury standards. This role contributes directly to guest satisfaction by preparing spaces with care, attention to detail, and efficiency. Housekeepers work as part of a collaborative team, support sustainability practices, and embody the resort’s mission of creating connections and elevated experiences. Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $22.48/hr Employment Type: Year Round Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities: Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to Kindred’s luxury brand standards Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies with consistency and attention to detail Inspect assigned areas for maintenance needs and promptly report issues Safely handle and maintain housekeeping tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals Deliver exceptional guest service with a welcoming and courteous demeanor Support sustainability efforts, including proper recycling and safe chemical usage Maintain productivity and efficiency while upholding quality standards Follow safety and ergonomic practices to ensure a safe work environment Contribute to a positive team environment through professionalism, reliability, and kindness Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Job Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Detail-oriented with a commitment to high cleanliness standards Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow direction consistently Previous housekeeping or guest service experience preferred The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.48/hr.
