High-Ticket Closer - Rehm Copy This is a job description for our Account Executive role (high-ticket closer and appointment setter) Company Overview We're a DTC ecommerce marketing agency selling B2B. We provide our clients with Email & SMS marketing, landing pages & CRO, and Meta advertising services. We currently bring in about $100K/month, and we want to scale to $250K/month in the short-term, and ultimately crack $1M+/month in the longer term. Offer - B2B - We're pitching email marketing, landing pages, advertising, or whatever combination of those three the prospect actually needs - We pitch 90-day PIFs of $9K-15K, and month-to-month deals of $3.5K-5K - This is a fully DFY service that we're pitching Position Overview All calls and leads are coming in from paid Meta ads – with a smaller percentage coming in from word of mouth and Youtube organic. Responsibilities/expectations include: Confirming calls 30% minimum close rate Updating CRM daily Taking inbound calls Outbound dialing and texting leads Following up with hot and cold deals This is going to be an absolutely killer opportunity for any closer that's looking for a tight-knit and fast-paced team that's SCALING fast. Key Metrics - Our Current Monthly Cash Collected: $30K-50K - Number of expected calls per month: 40-60+ - Current show rate: 72.88% - Current Qualified Rate: 55.81% - Current close rate (On Qualified Showed Calls): 47.92% Compensation - $7K-12K+ OTE (On Target earnings) - 10% Commission on Upfront Cash Collected on PIFs - 10% Commission of First 60 Days Payments on M2M Closes - 5% Additional Commission On Self-Set Calls - $1K Additional Bonus at $50K Cash Collected in a Month - Another $1K Additional Bonus at $100K Cash Collected in a Month ($2K in Total Bonuses Here) Requirements - Experience: Agency/Ecommerce/Marketing industry experience - Attitude: genuinely hungry to earn, learn, grow, and improve long-term - Location or time zone: USA, Must work eastern hours - Minimum closed: Have closed $80K-100K in monthly volume for multiple consecutive months in the past If you feel like this is a good fit, apply for the role here.
