Role Description We are seeking a high-impact Head of Web3 Strategy & Growth to lead our protocol’s long-term expansion, token strategy alignment, and ecosystem development across U.S. and global markets. This fully remote U.S.-based role will drive strategic growth initiatives spanning token utility, partnerships, product-market fit, capital strategy, and revenue optimization. You will operate at the intersection of tokenomics, on-chain analytics, governance design, and market expansion - translating crypto market intelligence into executable growth strategies. The ideal candidate understands liquidity cycles, token value accrual frameworks, DAO dynamics, and how to scale network effects in competitive Web3 environments. This is a leadership-level position with direct influence over protocol trajectory and ecosystem strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy aligned with token value accrual and ecosystem scalability Identify expansion opportunities across DeFi, Layer 2 ecosystems, RWAs, institutional adoption, and emerging verticals Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across product, tokenomics, treasury, and partnerships Design liquidity and incentive programs to drive sustainable adoption and reduce token velocity Analyze on-chain and market data to identify growth levers and ecosystem inefficiencies Evaluate strategic partnerships, capital relationships, and potential M&A opportunities Monitor U.S. regulatory developments impacting token design and growth strategy Establish KPI dashboards tracking adoption, token utility, governance participation, and capital inflows Represent the protocol with investors, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, user behavior, and competitor strategies Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to define and implement company goals Finance expertise to develop and oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation Background in Consulting to provide expert insights and recommendations for decision-making Leadership experience in growth-driven roles, with a strong understanding of Web3 and blockchain technologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills Proven ability to drive user adoption and scale innovative products Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field What Success Looks Like Sustainable user and liquidity growth across market cycles Increased token utility, governance participation, and value accrual alignment High-impact partnerships expanding protocol distribution and adoption Strong positioning within the U.S. crypto ecosystem Clear, measurable growth metrics tied to long-term ecosystem health Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive executive-level compensation package aligned with U.S. Web3 market benchmarks: Base Salary: $190,000 - $230,000 USD annually (commensurate with experience) Performance-based bonus tied to growth, adoption, and token KPIs Significant token-based long-term incentive package Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Remote-first flexibility (USA-based) Generous PTO and paid holidays Professional development and conference budget Executive-level ownership and strategic influence over protocol growth
