Job Summary
Own the end-to-end annual marketing plan and revenue-driving strategy, aligning product, acquisition, and retention with executive goals while managing budgets and agency relationships.
- Growth & Ops: own the marketing plan, budget alignment, and cross-functional delivery with Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
- Channel & Campaigns: lead multi-channel campaigns across website, affiliates, PR, events, and content to grow audience and product uptake.

Responsibilities
- Lead the annual marketing plan strategic direction aligning with acquisition, product, retention and revenue objectives.
- Deliver digital acquisition results across the website and third party partners including affiliates.
- Communicate marketing goals across the organisation and improve outreach efforts.
- Oversee budget, ensuring marketing costs align with monthly expectations.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and strategise implementation.
- Manage agency relationships and collaborate with Commercial Team leadership.
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns from insights to production across channels including PR.
- Oversee content creation across all collateral and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Operations to support product delivery.
- Measure program effectiveness and drive sales with data insights.
Requirements
- Educated to degree standard, ideally a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Advertising, or a Business Management related subject.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role.
- The ability to use software packages competently, including Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Dot Digital, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Business Tools, including Analytics, Keyword Builder, Data Studio, WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, Adobe Suite and Vimeo.
- Working knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO), lead generation and affiliate marketing practices, techniques, and outcome expectations.
