Job Summary

Own the multi-channel marketing plan and execution, driving brand awareness, acquisition and retention while safeguarding the brand position.

  • Lead strategy, planning and measurement across social, paid media, email, content, and SEO to hit growth metrics.
  • Build audiences and engagement through content programs, community management, and local activations while tracking ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and customer retention.
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
  • Analyse competitor activity and market trends.
  • Lead and manage all social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Develop content plans and campaign strategies.
  • Grow audiences, engagement and community interaction.
  • Monitor platform trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyse performance data and optimise content accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Preferred

  • Experience within leisure, hospitality, entertainment or consumer-facing businesses.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Graphic design skills.
  • SEO knowledge and website content management experience.
