Job Summary
Own the end-to-end sport marketing function with a focus on brand, audience growth, and integrated campaigns across digital, matchday, and partnerships.
- Growth & Engagement: drive audience growth, fan engagement, and supporter acquisition across channels.
- Campaign Execution: plan and optimize campaigns for match tickets, memberships, retail, and partnerships while maintaining consistent messaging.
- Digital & Content: lead email, paid media, SEO, CRM, and content partnerships to inform decisions and lift performance.

Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Development: Develop and implement the club’s overarching marketing strategy aligned with commercial and club objectives.
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Development: Lead the development and protection of the club’s brand identity across all platforms and communications.
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Development: Drive audience growth, fan engagement, and supporter acquisition strategies.
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Development: Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels.
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Development: Lead testing strategies for creative, messaging, and audience targeting.
- Campaign Management: Plan and deliver optimised and integrated marketing campaigns across: o Match ticket sales o Season tickets and memberships o Retail and merchandise o Commercial partnerships
- Campaign Management: Oversee campaign performance, reporting, and optimisation.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with media and partnerships teams to align campaigns to the Bears Way.
- Digital & Content Marketing: Lead digital marketing activity including email marketing, paid media, website strategy, SEO, and CRM campaigns.
- Digital & Content Marketing: Work closely with content and media teams to deliver engaging and innovative content.
