Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively grow our network of freelance UGC creators from 30 → 50+
  • Scale winning formats and constantly test new short-form concepts
  • Manage creator communication, payments, briefs and performance through SideShift
  • Identify what's working and move quickly to scale it

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and short-form content
  • Extremely organised — you'll be managing 50+ creators at once
  • Comfortable responding to creators outside typical office hours when needed
  • Creator/UGC experience is a big plus

Preferred

  • Creator/UGC experience is a big plus
